Hello friends,
Here is this week’s edition of Friday news, it feels like a good opportunity to touch base and say hello’ ahead of Sunday.
Thanks for participating in the survey last Sunday. It became apparent that we needed to tweak the questions to make the survey work better, but broadly there was a great deal of support for continuing Zoom services as well as starting to ease back into meeting up physically. There was also a real call to continue morning prayer during the week. Watch this space!

Accommodation
Now that we are coming out of emergency support, people are starting to need new accommodation options. If you have a spare bedroom, granny flat, or studio to rent for any period of time (or you know someone who has) please, please let us know. There are a number of families and individuals who are looking for somewhere urgently. Contact revbenharding@gmail.com with/for details.
Lifesprings
Lifesprings (bilingual Fr/Eng) School of Ministry (Lyon) has rescheduled the start date for 14 November 2020! It will be at the Domaine St Joseph in Ste Foy. https://lifesprings.org/leadership-training/ Contact Kae for more info.
Kidzoom
Kidzoom WILL continue next week. Parents, lookout for the timings in your emails and on WhatsApp. We understand that school is kicking back in but will be around if you are!

And finally a ‘shout out’ for the team at ‘Toute une Histoire’ (https://touteunehistoire-lyon.fr/fr), a family-run restaurant who have been helping support some of our refugee friends. If we can support them now in this time of adjustment and regathering strength, it will bless many! (Mention you are a believer or are part of our church family and see what happens).

How are your supplies?
This will be week 14 of lockdown services and we are aware that we haven’t been able to use the simple table. If you, or anyone you are aware of, is getting short of supplies and not sure how to ‘resupply’ please, please let me/us know. The church council is eager to help anyone who needs some extra supplies at the moment and is ready to help out with discretion and practicality! Don’t go without unnecessarily.
